“Guilt by association takes on a whole new meaning when you find yourself caught up in an activity you would have NEVER participated in if you knew in advance. In fact, if you knew what ‘they’ were up to, you would have actively resisted their efforts. As you consider this episode of Leading Leaders Podcast ask yourself: ‘Have I ever been sucked into something I would have never done?’” J Loren Norris

“Leaders must employ this #10 way of fighting the system to maintain balance, develop their compassion, entertain large scale innovations and offer solutions which bring about true transformation of the system. The world needs many more leaders who know and walk in this way.” J Loren Norris “This way of leading, fighting the system and generally being a responsible person in any society or culture is likely something you are already doing. If you lead, if you influence, if you bring to light the daily expectations of moral goodness, then you are already practicing #9. If you are not practicing this particular aspect of fighting the system, you are now or soon will be a failed leader.” J Loren Norris #8 WAY LEADERS NEED TO KNOW TO FIGHT THE SYSTEM - IN TODAYS VIDEO. #leadingleaderspodcast 4-27-214/27/2021 “The evolutionary cycle of societal change has a been repetitive for centuries. The place where we find ourselves in this cycle, in this generation, in this evolution of human history, is historically identifiable and the future direction is also somewhat predictable. Ignorance is for most people a choice of laziness, Ignorance is nonetheless a choice. #8 is the way leaders fight the system, overcome ignorance and break the cycle.” J Loren Norris “Of all the ways leaders must be willing and prepared to fight the strategy mentioned in this lesson could be the one double edged sword of leadership. If you do not learn this one and apply it diligently, you will fight more battles than necessary and lose kore than you should.” J Loren Norris “The weapons we fight with as leaders might not be recognized as weapons and that is too our advantage. What we leave behind, what we transfer to the next generation, the baton of our struggles will be the torch those we lead must carry.” J Loren Norris #5 LEADERS WAY TO FIGHT THE SYSTEM. I BELIEVE YOU WONT BELIEVE HOW EFFECTIVE THIS STRATEGY CAN BE4/22/2021 “The motivation which comes from a competition can lead to great things. The instigation which comes from jealousy, greed and contention can lead to senseless wars. Marketers know you must inspire a want in people in order to sell your products that’s what good advertising is for. But the idea of creating strife in one community versus another based on who possesses more, accomplishes more, achieves more is an insidious manipulation of human nature.” J Loren Norris “The most complicated thing to manage is the most simple way to make profound change. Leaders who are frustrated with the system, with the processes and procedures must remember the power they have instant access to. It’s not a power to force others to change. It’s not a power to rewrite the system. It is the power to change the attitude you approach every situation with. This power will more often than not directly impact the outcome of the situation.” J Loren Norris “No one wants to follow a leader who doesn’t get it. No one wants to be subject to a leader whose solutions are out of touch with the real problem. Get out of the ivory tower of your leadership role and get into the shoes of the people you want to help. The system does not do this well. By doing so, you are the weapon to fight the system, a leader in touch!” J Loren Norris “An old saying tells us Americans will always get the leaders they deserve. The next ‘way we should fight’ is all about the right, the power, the obligation every US citizen has to participate in their own governance. Laziness, apathy and ignorance will only empower those who are greedy and control hungry. It’s time for al leaders to FIGHT LIKE THIS!” J Loren Norris “The pace of change in this generation is nearing a break neck pace. Who is driving the change? Who is benefitting from the change? Who is using the change to gain power and control? Who is trying frantically to measure, manage and resist the change? These questions need to be considered by every leader at every level. The next question is, for those who see danger in the change, how do you fight back without inciting violence? The first and top priority answer is in this video.” J Loren Norris “Its easier to wait for a leader to arrive who will take the risks and share the rewards before you charge into a new venture, idea or battle. It’s easier to keep your ideas to yourself if you fear they will bring ridicule. But when you put both of those truths together, you may find the inspiration inside you is the leader you are looking for. The leader you are waiting for is in the mirror.” J Loren Norris “A good leader does not ‘command’ or ‘demand’ respect. They know it is earned! How do you earn respect? What is the currency required to purchase respect? RESPECT! If you want to be an influential leader who is respected, be a leader who respects others.” J Loren Norris “I am in no way a fan of the ‘go along to get along’ theory when it requires an abandon of core values and priorities or compromise of foundational principles. But if you are not at a minimum pleasant enough to hang out with, you are not a going to be a leader through influence but through tyranny only. Knowing the difference is the measure of leadership maturity.” J Loren Norris “Leaders who are unwilling to live by the rules they impose on others should forfeit their right to lead. Immunity to rules, absolutism, double standards, and remote indictments are not leadership, they are rulership. If you intend to lead people, lead them from where they are, prepare yourself to live the life you expect them to live.” J Loren Norris “... Diet is not just about health for a longer life, better physiology, or better physique. Food quality, food amount, and food cravings have a direct connection to mental health, brain speed, memory function and learning. All of these are a direct impact on the quality and ability to lead others well.” J Loren Norris “If you are a leader offering solutions, guidance or ideas of influence without first getting to the real diagnosis at the root of the problem, you are a dangerous leader. Like a doctor who puts a cast on your arm because they never asked how long you’ve had a headache.” J Loren Norris “It’s hard enough to maintain harmony in a work environment or organization under normal circumstances. Add the challenges brought on by a global pandemic, international political unrest, globalized businesses and the pressure of political elites who have strong influence and stronger opinions and you have a recipe for hostility. Leaders must identify and accentuate the common ground, the core values, the driving principles and the shared passions of each member of the organization to drive toward progress while not allowing outside voices to control the conversation.” J Loren Norris “HEY LEADER! Your good intentions are not enough. Your intention must be followed by comparable action. All’s Well That Ends Well, is not a trust worthy phrase either because it discounts the damage left in the wake of unintended consequences. Intentions, thoughts, attitude, actions, and behavior must be the consistent string of events in a leader’s life.” J Loren Norris WE DO NOT LIVE UNDER A DEMOCRACY AS OUR FORM OF GOVERNMENT AND THAT IS MORE THAN SEMANTICS.4/1/2021 “Leadership under a representative republic means selecting people who represent all Americans, of all races, genders, income, geography, political persuasion, education levels, to include their opinions, their concerns, their liberties, their rights. THOSE REPRESENTATIVES are to speak on the behalf of this diverse nation, not on behalf of their own wealth or personal interests alone.” J Loren Norris |

Insuperable Vision Workshop - Audio Download with worksheets Day after day I meet people who are struggling just to make ends meet. They are adrift in this vast sea of humanity holding on to their job, their family, their home, and their car with all they've got. They see their life experiences and education as the last hope to find their purpose and identity. They gather, fill and stuff all the money they can into every opportune investment. Yet they are empty, frustrated, angry and just plain fed up. We have all experienced that moment; when we find yourself stuck in traffic, yelling at random strangers to do what they wish they could... but can't... GO! The idea that life can be better than it is today is like the flame of a candle fighting for all its worth to stand against the tempest. We all want a better life. Even when life is good, we want more. That idea, that flame, is the hope that lives in the hearts and minds of all of us. Should that flame be extinguished, hope itself may well go with it. It is the rut of hopelessness that traps many would be shining stars and buries that glow from the sight of the world. It is the rut of hopelessness that extinguishes that flame. Lives that would have been a beacon to the wandering are lost at sea themselves. Inspirations of success that would have been the voices crying out to all who suffer are hidden away in their own stale lives, they cannot share who they are or what the world needs from them. It is my passion to help you find your purpose. I want to see you become successful, but more than that to be free! Without vision people perish. Without vision, we seem to be lost, mind numb robots following the herd into the abyss that is everyday life. We do not live intentionally without a vision for our future. We do not live passionately without a vision for our future. We do not live productively without a vision for our future. We certainly cannot lead without a vision for our future and a vision for the future of those we lead. This audio course will inspire and instruct you to create a vision which will become a significant driving force in your life. Author
