Attitude Hack
Attitude can infect the morale of the work force, disrupt the work flow, and ultimately impact the bottom line through diminished productivity.
Infectious, disruptive attitudes can start with a simple comment taken out of context or conversation over heard by a customer. The final cost of these communication stumbles can be enormous. Ranging from lost time and productivity to lost customers, attitude can do more damage than a north Texas spring storm and with less warning.
Good news! Attitude is easily detected and corrected when you master the Attitude Hack.
Attitude Hack is a leadership development course for teams from 5-500 people. Attitude Hack has been trained for Parliament Members in the DRCongo, Graduate Students of the University of Kinshasa, the National PTA, Georgia State PTA and GE to name a few.
I am J Loren Norris host of Leading Leaders Podcast. I am an Independent Certified Leadership Coach with the John MAXWELL Team. I would love to bring Attitude Hack training to your leadership team.
If Attitude is going to have a deep impact on your business and bottom line, make it a positive attitude with a positive impact.

Attitude Engineering 101- We will work on interactive participation discussion to identify attitudes through common phrases, key indicators and expected outcomes of each one.
Leading Difficult Attitudes - When it comes to dealing with attitudes, remember, attitude is “how you feel about what you think.” Teens are dealing with biological and hormonal changes which impact emotion in exaggerated ways from minute to minute. Please be cautious about trying to “hype” or boost an attitude when truly painful circumstances or overwhelming emotions are at the center.
Attitude of Entitlement - Few attitudes have permeated society as quickly, as deeply or as devastatingly as entitlement. Entitlement is a cancer of selfishness.
Attitude of Cooperation - Cooperation is more than getting along. Joined efforts in vision, communication and effectiveness are critical to solid cooperation.
Attitude of Excellence - Excellence is not about achieving perfection. Excellence is about doing the very best you can do.
Attitude of Expectation - 90% of people who leave a job do so for one reason, missed expectations; either on part of the employer or the employee.
Attitude of Appreciation - Appreciation is probably the single most overlooked and yet most powerful tool for the leverage of influence.
Attitude of Insuperable - Webster’s defines insuperable as, "something not easily overwhelmed, overcome or passed by; such as the Great Wall of China, or the Berlin Wall."
Attitude of Communication - the attitude of communication says that I want to enthusiastically tell you about this, but I want to be eager to tell it, and I want to earn the right to tell it, and not just make stuff up.
Attitude of Identity - When we talk about the attitude of identity, we often get mixed up in titles and roles.
