 Are you playing peek-a-boo with your own success? We all hide from what scares us most. Sometimes we hide from what we love too. We cover our eyes then close them right and almost in disbelief open them again is astonishment. Leaders are often held at bay of their own success because they feel undeserving. Oh they want the success. They crave the end of the struggling. They long for a day when finance is not the biggest worry. They hunger for the one chance to say “I MADE IT.” At the same time, they hide behind today’s minuscule challenges and make excuses for fake failure. How do I know? Because I’ve done it. I do it. Why don’t we run full force with all we have toward the dreams and goals which light up our heart? Why don’t we listen to those around us when the encourage us?
