I also believe, choice is a decision made by individuals which carries a huge weight of consequence and therefore must be exercised with caution, conscience and maturity.
We don’t allow a toddler to decide what’s for breakfast or when to drive the family car. We don’t encourage a loved one to operate a motor vehicle while under impaired judgement. These are maturity based limited choices.
Leaders also have an obligation to limit choices, WITHOUT limiting free will. Realistically offering, genuine options which are well within the scope of the chooser to be employed wisely.
