What do you demonstrate? Is it intentional? Is it dynamic?
I have been working with a client who is developing a new training program around advanced communication skills.
When she has rolled it out to the public for the first time, I will make sure you have access. It’s going to be really powerful. One of the aspects we are sharpening together is the power of proper demonstration and it strikes me today that many of us demonstrate without intent.
Let me say that in the John MAXWELL way “People do what people see.”
Many leaders and communicators demonstrate through unspoken emotions what they would NEVER IN A MILLION YEARS say out loud especially on purpose.
Just remember how often your presence enters the room before your body does, before your words do. Be intentional about HOW you enter.
