Expectations change the way your brain works.
Attitude = thoughts + emotion.
When you face a day with known obstacles, your ability to envision success will crucial. Many people will allow the obstacles to cause negativity, discouragement, frustration, and anxiety. If you CHOOSE these toxic thoughts and corresponding emotions, your brain will be filled with numerous toxic hormones and chemicals all day.
If you face the tough obstacles of the day with the attitude “This is a great opportunity to learn something.” You have chosen to manage your expectations and your emotions. You have chosen to require your brain. The chemicals in your brain which affect breathing, heart rate, blood pressure, digestion and over all brain functions will be healthy rather than toxic.
You must choose your attitude. I highly recommend an attitude of positive expectations.
