If you forget your human connections, your leadership is a facade!
Many people have found “success” at the expense of others.
If you want to leave a legacy as a leader, begin with leading yourself then progress to solid, foundational, healthy leadership of those closest to you.
Remember to honor those who gave you a chance in life. Remember to express gratitude for those who have invested in you. Remember, no matter how great you or your accomplishments are, you did not and you cannot do it all alone.
“If leadership is lonely at the top, you’re doing it wrong.” John C. Maxwell.
