Positive energetic action in the wrong direction makes you tired. Massive action with no direction is futility. Massive, passionate action with persistence in the right direction that will get results.

Great. HOW DO I KNOW if it’s the right direction? How do I know if I am taking the right action? How do I know if my passion is enough?

BETTER QUESTION: Do you know your desired outcome?

NEXT: Do you have a burning desire to see THAT OUTCOME in reality? Are you willing to sacrifice everything and try anything to achieve that outcome?

When we are focused on self to the exclusion of others, we tend to lose the momentum needed to face the obstacles life throws at us.

Ask yourself honestly, are there risks I would take for my spouse, my kids, my friends which I would not take for myself?

Leaders are risk takers. Leaders are action takers. Leaders are purpose driven to specific outcomes. Leaders are focused on adding value to others.
