Communication is a significant tool in the life and work of leadership. According to the “Law of the Lid” your leadership will never rise above the level of your own limitations. If your communication is a 4 out of 10, your leadership will not rise above a 4.

So what is the biggest challenge facing communication? CONNECTION!!

Lives that would have been a beacon to the wandering are lost at sea themselves. Inspirations of success that would have been the voices crying out to all who suffer are hidden away in their own stale lives, they cannot share who they are or what the world needs from them.
