How many opportunities for career, education, relationship, sales, joint venture have slipped through your fingers due to fear? How many dreams, goals or visions have you abandoned because of fear? What is it about fear in its many forms which freezes us into inaction or terrifies us into the wrong action? Better question, what is it we’re afraid of? Public speaking? Asking someone out? Asking for the sell? Asking for help? In most instances the worst possible outcome is a “NO!” In most cases that is not life threatening or even harmful to our health. In most cases the worst possible outcome is a bruised ego. Leaders are risk takers, not foolishly, but boldly. Whatever it is you are seeking in life, most likely lies on the other side of fear.
